My Baked Fish

For my son’s 8th month celebration, I thought of a recipe that is simple and would only require less preparation.
I have collaborated the recipes from youtube, and google then added some ingredients from our own kitchen.

Ingredients:
1000 grams fish fillet (your choice of fish, salmon is best)
2 pcs lemon
Salt and pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
Oregano
Basil
Dried tomato
(for the last 3 ingredients, you can purchase blended spice in any supermarket)
Toppings:
500g Parmesan cheese
500g cheddar cheese
500g mayo
4 cloves minced garlic
1 medium pack mixed veggies

1. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil and dried tomato for at least 2-3 hours.
 
2. After marinating, transfer the fish to a dry baking pan. Remove excess liquid from the fish by using a paper towel.


3. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the toppings except for the mixed veggies.



5. Spread the toppings on the fish and put the mixed veggies on top or on the side.



 6. Bake for about 45-60 mins.
